As 10 years has passed since you first obtained your mortgage, there is no prepayment charge for repaying your mortgage in full or making partial prepayments in accordance with your mortgage agreement.

However, other associated fees and charges may apply when repaying and discharging your mortgage. Please refer to your mortgage agreement or our online fee schedule, or contact our client relations team for more information.
